Data collected: account information (name, email, hashed password), order and shipping information, and browsing data via cookies.
Use: processing orders, managing customer and partner accounts, payments via Stripe, transactional communications and improving the site.
Payments: transactions are processed by Stripe; BURMAK never stores payment card data.
Your rights: in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 and applicable personal data protection principles, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to burmak@burmak.ca.
