What size should I choose?
Each product page includes a size guide specific to that garment's cut. When in doubt between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What are the delivery times?
Between 7 and 14 business days depending on the provider (print-on-demand or partner shipping). A tracking number is provided as soon as it's available.
Can I return a product?
Custom (POD) products are generally not returnable, except for manufacturing defects. Partner products follow the conditions shown on their page. See the Returns & Refunds page for details.
What is Certified?
A badge signaling that a partner brand — its provenance, values and quality — has been validated by BURMAK.
What is Signed?
An existing Burmak product, signed by a partner, whose markup supports a charitable cause of their choice.
How do I become a partner?
Create an account, then submit a partner request from the Partners page: marketplace selling, Certified, Signed, print-on-demand and more.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card payments are securely processed by Stripe.
